By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the PawDoc Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using PawDoc on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PawDoc. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or use the Service. If we discover a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

PawDoc uses the words "assess," "evaluate," "check," "analyze," "guide," "suggest," and "indicate" to describe what the app does. PawDoc does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any animal health condition.
PawDoc is a free application supported in part by affiliate partnerships. When the app recommends a product, service, veterinary telehealth provider, or other third-party offering, we may receive a commission or referral fee if you make a purchase or sign up, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the AI-generated health guidance you receive. Recommendations are based on relevance to your pet's situation, not commission rates. Material affiliate relationships are disclosed within the app at the point of recommendation.

Pet profile data and content you create in PawDoc remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWDOC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PawDoc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
PawDoc may integrate with or recommend third-party services (veterinary telehealth providers, affiliate products, pet insurance, etc.). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing. PawDoc is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
You may stop using PawDoc at any time and request account deletion by contacting hellopawdoc@hotmail.com.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PawDoc shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For registered users, we will also send an email notification of significant changes.
Your continued use of PawDoc after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
